Summary
A Vacancy at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
Working across the four departments within the Women and Children’s Group, the post holder will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Group’s Quality and Safety agenda.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with proven administrative experience to contribute to high standards of patient care. As a valued member of the Governance and Risk Team, the post holder will support quality improvement initiatives and assist in the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality services across the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all agreed standards, policies, and performance targets are achieved in accordance with Departmental, Trust, and National requirements. In addition, they will manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information relating to staff and Trust matters, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and the highest ethical standards at all times.

• Utilise relevant Trust IT systems in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring accurate collection, input, and maintenance of data.
• Coordinate and collate national data returns, maintaining and updating relevant databases.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance information and data systems to enable effective monitoring and reporting of departmental performance.
• Produce comprehensive information and performance reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
• Interrogate hospital systems to generate performance and quality reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring that all information entered Trust systems is complete, consistent, and up to date.
• Handle, analyse, and manage complex, sensitive, or confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• To co-ordinate guidelines and patient information leaflets, working collaboratively with lead clinicians and the clinical effectiveness team, to ensure they are updated accordingly and within the governance framework.
