Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a healthcare environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service while supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and staff
Answer phone calls and emails
Schedule and manage appointments
Maintain records and filing systems
Provide information and guidance to visitors
Support healthcare team operations
Ensure confidentiality and compliance
Key Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in reception/administration, ideally in NHS/healthcare
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organised, self-motivated, and flexible
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Relevant professional qualification (preferred)
