The Role
As an Administrator you will act as a first point of contact for service users and professionals working with Futures Together in Essex. Core work hours are Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.
There is potential for flexibility around the location of your base of work. We have offices in Chelmsford, Colchester, Harlow and Basildon.
You will undertake a range of administrative duties including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner.
About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
Previous experience of office administration
Ideally some experience of being able to analyse data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and familiar with relevant database management systems
It is desirable (but not essential) to have experience of working with people experiencing mental health concerns and/or substance use or another comparable field

The Service
Futures Together is a service commissioned by Essex County Council to work with adults within the criminal justice system who are experiencing multiple disadvantages. This may include criminality, substance or alcohol use, mental health concerns and various other needs. The service signposts, advocates and refers people into appropriate services to help them address their needs and will support them to engage with these services.

Interview Process
We want you to feel comfortable to be your best during the interview process, so that you can get to know Phoenix and we can get to know you. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for a face-to-face interview. All details will be provided in advance so that you can feel adequately prepared, and we can support you with reasonable adjustments as required. You will also be required to complete a short aptitude test as part of the interview.
