We are seeking a qualified Mobile Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services across our client’s estate. This role is vital to ensuring that all plumbing systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, contributing to the overall upkeep of building fabric and mechanical systems.

Job Description

As part of our technical team, you will work on a variety of tasks, from routine inspections to complex repairs and installations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.

Investigate and resolve leaks, blockages, and mechanical faults.

Maintain hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, drainage, and pipework.

Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems, including valves, traps, and unions.

Interpret building plans and blueprints for accurate routing and installation.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, water hygiene (e.g., legionella), and company procedures.

Record all work accurately through the CAFM system and maintain documentation.

Support general maintenance tasks and assist contractors as required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Licensed Plumber or equivalent qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician).

Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, fault finding, and installations within commercial or FM environments.

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with CAFM systems and accurate record-keeping.

Must hold UK driving licence (travel required for role).
