Remedy Education is working in partnership with a specialist SEMH school in Barkingside, Redbridge. They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Behaviour Support Assistant to join their passionate team without delay.

This is not a typical support role-it's a chance to shape lives. You'll work closely with pupils across primary and secondary phases, many of whom face behavioural and emotional barriers to learning. Your mission will be to build trust, offer stability, and help students engage with their education in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored, one-on-one and small-group support to students with SEMH and complex behavioural needs
