Long Term Futures are seeking an enthusiastic and confident HLTA to join a large, forward-thinking secondary school in the Coventry CV1 area. This is the ideal role for someone experienced in supporting teaching and learning across KS3 & KS4 and confident delivering pre-planned lessons when required.

Your Role Will Include:
- Leading pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence
- Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects
- Delivering targeted small-group interventions (literacy, numeracy, revision, or catch-up)
- Assisting teachers with planning, preparation, and resource creation
- Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and engagement in lessons
- Supporting pupils with learning barriers, confidence issues, or mild additional needs
- Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
- Demonstrating good practice and supporting other TAs where needed

We're Looking For:
- HLTA status or significant experience leading learning in a secondary school
- Strong behaviour management and confident classroom presence
- Ability to deliver lessons across KS3 & KS4 using pre-planned materials
- Clear communication and the ability to build rapport with teenagers
- Reliable, organised, and committed to consistency
- Understanding of safeguarding, professional conduct, and school procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large team of teachers and support staff
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learning
