Working hours: 35 hours per week (Night work including weekends and bank holidays)Interview Date: To be confirmedAdditional Salary information: 10% night works allowanceSt Ann’s is a 23-bedded Lifehouse (hostel) supporting people experiencing homelessness in the West End of London. Night Concierge provide cover at St Ann’s from 22:15pm to 08:15am 7 days per week (including bank holidays). The role requires lone working. As a Night Concierge you will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Lifehouse, including health & safety checks, and will be the first point of contact for everyone accessing St Ann’s.Key responsibilities:The role includes other front of house duties including answering telephone call, managing internal and external visitors to the Lifehouse; accurately recording messages, conducting follow up telephone callsUpdating electronic logbooks and handover reportsCarrying out administration tasks;Completing building checks including patrols of the building and ensuring fire exits and external doors are free from obstruction, maintaining health & safety records including fire and other recordsMonitoring CCTV equipment.The successful candidate:As a Night Concierge are expected to engage with residents to maintain positive relationships and resolve conflict using de-escalation skills where appropriate.In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment subject to satisfactory references, proof of right to work in the UK, Enhanced DBS Disclosure check for the adult workforce and a Health Assessment For details of how to prove your right to work in the UK please click here and please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship.
