Plus generous benefits, including: • 45 days annual leave per year pro rata (including bank holidays and efficiency closures)• Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleAs a key member of our Apprenticeships team, you will lead, develop, and support a group of Assessors and Learning Coaches, ensuring they receive effective CPD to deliver a high-quality provision. You will manage team caseloads, monitor progress and quality from enrolment through to achievement, and address emerging themes or specialisms as directed by the Head of Apprenticeships. Overseeing day-to-day operations, you will ensure apprentices and stakeholders experience a professional, high-quality service that drives outstanding outcomes aligned with the College’s strategic aims and objectives.About the personYou will be proactive and highly organised, with a solid understanding of Apprenticeship Funding guidelines and quality assurance processes, or transferable skills that enable you to learn quickly. With proven leadership or supervisory experience, you will inspire and motivate your team while fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build strong partnerships with employers, curriculum managers, and their teams, driving improvements in quality KPIs. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of compliance and audit requirements to ensure all apprenticeship documentation meets regulatory standards. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our wide range of education options span entry level programmes through to degrees, higher technical qualifications, and accredited professional courses to courses for professional development. Our apprenticeships can be studied from level 2 to level 5 across a range of different career pathways.
