The Role:
In this role you will provide administrative and operational support to the Learning Operations Department.
The Department:
The Learning Operations Department manages the resources for learners during their journeys with Captiva Learning Ltd. The
department is responsible for ensuring that the marking of Academic submissions are completed and recorded in due time and all
compliance and administrative tasks are aligned to our partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Assessments
- Assessment planning - Scheduling and maintaining records
- Marking - Supporting Assessment Officers in marking
- Moderation - Complete moderation forms and summaries
2. Operations Support
- Learning operations inbox - Monitor and coordinate assessment related queries
- Learning resources - Organise, upload and maintain learning resources
- Live learning events - Support learning operations and cross-functional teams
3. Programme Administration
- University external partnerships - Reconcile Awards & Progression Board records
- Learner records - Reconcile data with the MIS department
- Reporting - Provide reporting on high-risk learners to Assessment Officers
About You:
- Relevant masters degree
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to travel to our Stratford office 5 days a week until successful completion of probation when role becomes hybrid
Details and Benefits:
- Full time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Head office based - Stratford (5 days per week in office until successful competition of probation)
