This post will play an integral role in the efficient running of the multidisciplinary Data and Business Information Team within GPA. The Team Administrator will be responsible for activities essential to the teams function such as ensuring purchase orders, invoices, contracts and staff administration are accurately and efficiently delivered in accordance with departmental controls and procedures. This is a wide ranging and hands on role with exposure to all aspects of GPA’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining oversight of activities related to finance, commercial and HR to deliver the objectives of the Data and Business Information Team.
- Ensuring financial information (invoices, POs etc) is administered and delivered in line with commercial agreements.
- Analysing project spends against budget.
- Administering the teams workforce in line with HR procedures (e.g., joiners/movers/leavers, training).
- Administering external suppliers in line with commercial procedures (e.g., contract administration and reporting).
- Supporting the Head of Data and Business Information with regular reporting.
- Supporting finance, commercial and HR teams on how operational procedures could be improved.
