This post-doctoral position builds on our previous work with immune molecules in non-model organisms using a range of techniques.
The Opportunity:
The primary purpose is to examine potential ligands of gamma-delta T cells in chickens, including analysis of chickens with the genes of the potential ligands deleted. Related subjects will also be examined, and there will be the need to work outside of Edinburgh in other laboratories.
This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
