Summary

Carpentry & Joinery

Calderdale College is seeking a dedicated Training & Development Officer to design and deliver high-quality learning programmes for apprentices, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and progression.


This role combines both workplace and college-based training, equipping apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in their chosen careers.


As a key contributor to apprenticeship development, you will:


Oversee apprenticeship standards through the Aptem Apprenticeship Digital System (AADS), ensuring structured and engaging delivery.

Support apprentices from onboarding to completion, ensuring timely and compliant enrolment onto programmes.

Monitor and track progress, attainment, and engagement to drive successful outcomes.
