Summary

Operations Operative / Collections Driver

Location: Bathgate
Department: IT Recycling Operations
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 4.30 pm
Reports to: Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Operative / Collections Driver to join our Global Award Winning IT Recycling Operations team. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our operations team, you’ll play a vital part in the full lifecycle of our IT recycling process:

Collections & Delivery

Carry out safe, professional, and efficient multi-drop IT recycling collections.
Load and unload vehicles, palletise collections, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Converge UK out on the road.

Warehouse & Processing Work

Check, record, weigh, and count incoming assets and materials.
Use our computer systems to log asset information.
Support refurbishment work, including data wiping and basic repairs.
Dismantle IT equipment for recycling or re-use.
Pick and pack orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.

Quality & Standards

Follow internal management systems, health & safety procedures, and sustainability practices.
Ensure products meet required quality assurance and testing standards.
Support continuous improvement and Lean working practices.
