We are a warm, friendly and well-established pre-school at the heart of the local community. As a registered charity, our setting is overseen by a dedicated volunteer committee who work closely with the staff to ensure children and families receive high-quality early years provision.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and inspirational Nursery Manager to lead our loyal and dedicated team.

All about the role:

The Nursery Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements. The role involves leading and developing the staff team, maintaining strong relationships with families, and ensuring the setting provides a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
Has a proven experience in leading or supervising within an early years environment
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and early years best practice
Is passionate about delivering a high-quality, child-centred approach
