Summary

Finance Lead
£21 per hour + pension scheme and work-life support.
Working Hours – 20 hours – working 2.5 days
One Community is an independent charity based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Finance Lead to join our dedicated team and lead the financial operations of our charity.
What are we looking for?
• Strong finance experience (charity sector experience is a bonus)
• Knowledge of PAYE, HMRC, and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• A positive, collaborative approach and great organisational and leadership skills
