My client, a renowned local, professional name within their line of business is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee their food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences.
• Lead and manage the management team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
• Coordinate and take responsibility in producing the rota to cover all of the necessary shifts
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Develop and implement service standards, training programmes, and team motivation strategies including carrying out reviews
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue management.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal departments to optimise service quality.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, functions, and promotions.
• Working 5 days out of 7, 7am - 3pm/3pm - 11pm
What we need from you:-
• Previous experience of managing a team within the hotel/hospitality industry would be ideal
• Own transport due to the location and shifts
• Consistent employment history
