Summary

HHSRS Coordinator
Location: Ealing/Hybrid
Salary: £28,280 to £29,768
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term, Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As HHSRS Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in a proactive team, supporting housing quality and compliance, ensuring residents’ homes meet the highest health and safety standards. It’s a role for someone who loves organisation, accuracy and collaboration, with the chance to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Asset Data team, including data entry, document management, and maintaining up-to-date records on housing conditions and inspections
* Organising and maintaining files, records and databases related to asset management
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions, particularly related to HHSRS inspections and assessments
* Monitor and manage team inbox
* Assist in raising works orders, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared, filed correctly and systems are updated appropriately
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular reports regarding property conditions, inspection outcomes, and necessary follow-ups
* Maintain up-to-date trackers for HHSRS inspections and findings, ensuring that action points are monitored and deadlines are met
* Input and maintain data in relevant systems, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information regarding property assessments, compliance reports, and actions taken
* Assist in the implementation of procedures for maintaining health and safety standards, and ensure all relevant records are compliant with internal and regulatory standards
* Liaise with various internal stakeholders regarding inspections, reports, and follow-up actions
* Provide general administrative support as required
* To work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers

More About You
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Graces A*-C)
*Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience managing and maintaining accurate data and records
* Skilled un using IT systems, databases and Microsoft Officer packages, with the ability to analyse information and produce clear reports
* Experienced in monitoring performance measures and KPIs, identifying risks or delays, and supporting timely resolution
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment, always striving to provide high quality, efficient service
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident prioritising work in a fast-paced setting
