About the Job
As the Unipart Facilities Client Contract Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational oversight of all
facilities operations and MHE, ensuring optimal performance of service delivery, infrastructure equipment, and automation systems
across warehouses, distribution centres, offices, and transport hubs.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Drive innovation in facility design, operational support, commercial effectiveness, energy efficiency and automated material
handling to support high-volume, time-sensitive operations
* Manage all MHE contracts through proactive asset evaluation ensuring full compliance with contract and statutory KPI’s and
SLA’s etc
* Be responsible for the strategic development, oversight, and management of all facilities-related contracts, ensuring they
deliver optimal commercial value, quality, and performance
* Manage key service partner contracts against a global portfolio of properties with various service providers, including planned
and reactive maintenance, projects, cleaning, MHE, waste, and utility services
* Be responsible for the overall facilities budget and strategy
About You

* Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field
* Professional qualifications in Facilities Management
* Significant experience in Facilities Management, with a strong focus on contract management, commercials, and vendor oversight
* Expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and performance management
* Strong financial/commercial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with facilities management software and technologies
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and CAFM Software is desirable
* Experience with sustainability initiatives (e.g. EV/PV/MEES and energy audits) would be an advantage
* Ability to lead cross-site compliance programs
* Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
