Strategy & Transformation Manager
Location: Redhill / Battersea / Hybrid**
Salary: £65k-75k & Car allowance & Bonus
TCFG is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to support our journey. This is a key role
within our Corporate Development team, helping shape the strategic direction of the business, drive transformation initiatives,
and support the integration of newly acquired companies.
If you’re commercially minded, highly analytical, and excited by the pace and challenge of a dynamic FMCG environment, this role
offers exceptional exposure and opportunity.
About the Role
You’ll play a central role in delivering strategic change and ensuring the successful integration of new acquisitions into the
TCFG family. This is a hands-on, varied role that will see you working closely with senior leaders across multiple sites and
functions.
You will:
Lead Strategic & Transformation Projects
* Design, deliver and manage transformation initiatives and integration projects.
* Develop clear project plans, document actions, and ensure progress is tracked and delivered.
* Work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, align priorities, and manage change effectively.
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to support collaboration and shared understanding.
* Build business cases with financial analysis, risk assessments and ROI calculations.
* Promote continuous improvement and encourage adoption of best practices across the group.
Support M&A and Corporate Development Activity
* Support the Corporate Development Director in maintaining and updating the M&A pipeline.
* Assist in identifying potential acquisition targets and gathering strategic insights.
* Contribute to M&A processes from target evaluation through due diligence to integration.
* Track and monitor acquisition performance against investment cases and support post-acquisition reviews.
* Conduct strategic, competitor and category analysis to support decision making.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is curious, driven, and adaptable — someone who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing structure and
clarity to fast-moving environments.
Skills & Experience
* 4–6 years’ experience in strategy, transformation, project management, or a similar field.
* Experience in FMCG, multi-site operations, or a complex environment is highly advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at all levels.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience with M&A or integration activity is desirable but not essential.
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
Why Join TCFG?
TCFG is a vibrant, innovative and fast-growing food group. Joining us means:
* Working closely with senior leaders on high-impact, strategic projects.
* Gaining direct exposure to M&A activity and integration work.
* Being part of a business that encourages fresh thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* The chance to help shape the future of a dynamic, expanding company with big ambitions.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact and grow your strategic capability, we’d love to hear from
you.
