We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated cleaner to join our professional team on a part-time basis, responsible for delivering high-standard cleaning services across several community sites in Thatcham — including community halls and other sites as required.
As this role includes keyholding, the successful candidate must be flexible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently out of hours.
Key Responsibilities:
General cleaning duties at multiple sites including offices and community halls
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising surfaces, restocking supplies, and reporting faults/damage
Secure opening/locking up of buildings as keyholder
Following cleaning checklists
Supporting weekend and Bank Holiday available
Requirements:
✅ Previous cleaning experience preferred
✅ Trustworthy and responsible – this is a keyholding role
✅ Physically fit and happy to work early mornings/evenings - your choice on evening or early morning
✅ Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards
