Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
We’re looking for someone analytical, collaborative and passionate about driving strategic impact. You will be proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment where insight and innovation shape decision-making.
What exactly will you be doing?
As a Strategy and Planning Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of AAT’s strategic plans. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll coordinate business planning activity to drive performance and innovation.
You’ll be part of a team that champions strategic thinking and operational excellence, ensuring AAT remains agile and responsive in a fast-changing environment.
Major objectives
Your major objectives will include:
Support the development and implementation of organisational strategies and business plans.
Coordinate planning cycles, ensuring alignment across departments.
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
Contribute to risk management and scenario planning activities.
Coordinate research and insight plans to deliver evidence-based recommendations which inform strategic decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
What are we looking for?
Experience in strategy, planning or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks (desirable).
