Summary
Chef Manager – Staff Restaurant | Stirling (Mon–Fri)
Location: Callendar Business Park, Callendar Road, Stirling, Falkirk, FK1 1XE
Pay: £17.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Monday to Friday
Choose from: 7:00am–3:00pm or 7:30am–3:30pm
Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Are you an experienced Chef Manager ready to lead a small team in a professional staff restaurant environment? We're looking for a motivated individual to oversee daily kitchen operations, menu delivery, and site compliance in a busy workplace setting.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing a set breakfast and lunch menu daily
Managing a kitchen team of 4
Supporting front-of-house operations, including the till
Handling site bookwork and compliance tasks
Ensuring food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef or kitchen manager
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Comfortable with basic administrative duties
BPSS clearance required (or willing to obtain)
