Job Purpose:

  • Co-ordinate the effective day to day delivery of Amenities Services grounds maintenance activities within available resources.
  • Act as the primary local point of contact for Members and communities within a defined geographical area.

Requirements

Practical or technical Knowledge, normally acquired through a professional qualification, for example ONC/HNC/HND or through relevant working experience in an Amenities activity.

Relevant work experience, including the management and supervision of staff and resources.

Ability to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
