Become a Community Governor with Excelsior Multi Academy Trust

We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our governing committees as Community Governors across several schools within our growing Trust.

As a Community Governor, you will play a vital role in supporting and challenging school leadership, ensuring the best possible educational experience for children in our local communities. You will also help ensure the governing body reflects the views of parents and the wider community.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong commitment to improving outcomes for children.
• Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What to expect: Governors work as part of a team to provide effective governance and drive school success. You’ll have access to training and development opportunities and be expected to play an active role in meetings and decision-making.

This is a voluntary role, but the impact you make will be invaluable.
