Further details about the role

What you’ll do

• Support the onboarding and rapid improvement of Woodeaton Manor School and support the Headteacher by providing clear, strategic leadership that secures high-quality teaching, learning, and care for all pupils.
• Support the Director of Education & Safeguarding in delivering school improvement and Trust-wide quality assurance
• Drive high standards in safeguarding, SEND provision and teaching & learning
• Coach and support newly appointed Headteachers
• Oversee strategic development, including a new-build project at Woodeaton Manor School
• Facilitate collaboration, peer review and sharing of best practice
• Contribute to alternative provision and outreach expansion
