Nursery Manager | Up to £39,000 | Level 3 Qualified

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing a large or high-capacity nursery setting.
  • Strong Ofsted track record with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A warm, proactive approach to building relationships with families and professionals.
  • Passion for creating an inspiring early years environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily running of a large, busy nursery setting.
  • Maintain exceptional standards across safeguarding, learning, and care.
  • Drive high-quality practice in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse staff team.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and operational planning effectively.
  • Support a positive, inclusive culture where children feel safe, happy, and ready to learn.
