What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing a large or high-capacity nursery setting.
- Strong Ofsted track record with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A warm, proactive approach to building relationships with families and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of a large, busy nursery setting.
- Maintain exceptional standards across safeguarding, learning, and care.
- Drive high-quality practice in line with the EYFS framework.
- Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse staff team.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and operational planning effectively.
