Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Assistant looking for a secure, permanent role where you can truly make a difference?

Randstad Education is delighted to be supporting a number of outstanding local Nurseries who are urgently seeking dedicated and experienced permanent staff to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable position with an immediate start!

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator).

  • Experience: Proven, recent experience working as a Nursery Assistant in a nursery or early years setting.

  • Availability: Ready to start ASAP (subject to standard vetting checks).

  • Skills: A genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Qualified Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young children. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.

  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.

  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in your care.

  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised setting.
