Calling all 360 Excavator Operators!
Our Transmission and Distribution Team at Search is proud to be supporting leading Principal Contractors and Subcontractors across the T&D sector. As we head into 2026, we're continuing to deliver specialist resource solutions for projects right across the Power and Energy infrastructure sectors.

We're supporting major programmes of work across:
* HV Substations
* Battery Energy Storage (BESS)
* Overhead Lines (OHL)
* Underground Cables
* Onshore HVDC / Interconnectors
Projects will range from brand-new builds to extensions, upgrades and replacements on key frameworks including National Grid (NGET), NGED, UKPN, SSE and SPEN.

Now Recruiting: 360 Excavator Operators
We're looking for experienced 360 Excavator Operatives to join our clients' civils teams on major Power and Energy Infrastructure projects across the UK.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on Substations, BESS, Power Infrastructure or Utilities projects
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360° Excavator Operator Card
- Substation Access Tickets (NG Persons, UKPN, NGED) are a strong advantage
