Summary
Site Manager required to join a large Social Housing scheme - Sheffield, Rotherham, and Hull.
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £250 per day
Duration: Until February 2026
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Working on a kitchen and bathroom and retro fit scheme
- Supervising subcontractors
- Managing trades and Labour
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
- Reporting progress to senior management.
- Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
- Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- Experience in Kitchen and bathroom, Reroofing, and adaptations schemes.
- SMSTS
- First aid and CSCS desirable
- Asbestos Awareness
- Willing to do or has basic DBS check
- Able to provide 2 work references
- Own vehicle
