What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse: RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
  • Demonstrated experience in dementia care.
  • Confident clinical judgement and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassion, patience, and a resident-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and high-quality practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during day shifts.
  • Support older adults with dementia and complex nursing needs.
  • Complete assessments, care plans, and clinical reviews with accuracy.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and meaningful daily experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication management, and CQC standards.
  • Contribute to a calm, well-organised home environment.
