What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse: RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
- Demonstrated experience in dementia care.
- Confident clinical judgement and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion, patience, and a resident-focused mindset.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and high-quality practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during day shifts.
- Support older adults with dementia and complex nursing needs.
- Complete assessments, care plans, and clinical reviews with accuracy.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Promote dignity, independence, and meaningful daily experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication management, and CQC standards.
- Contribute to a calm, well-organised home environment.
