Are you a finance professional with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for partnering with the business to drive performance? We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to oversee key customer contracts, ensuring financial accuracy, insightful reporting, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

In this role, you'll take ownership of contract financials, provide commercial and operational insights, and build trusted relationships with both customers and senior internal stakeholders. Your work will directly support the delivery, growth, and efficiency of high-profile contracts.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a trusted partner to Operational Directors, Senior Management, and customers, attending key meetings and providing financial expertise.
  • Manage and review contract financials, including open book, fixed price, and standalone project arrangements.
  • Deliver accurate monthly results, revenue calculations, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance commentary.
  • Support contract amendments, new business bids, and long-term financial planning.
  • Drive margin improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, KPI reports, and cash flow projections to support decision making.
  • Provide financial training and guidance to operational teams and support ad hoc business needs.

What we're looking for

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing contract performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex financials clearly.
  • Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • A proactive problem-solver with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with multiple contracts, systems, and stakeholders.

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where finance truly influences operational success. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute directly to business growth, and be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your insights really matter.

If you're ready to take ownership, add value, and shape the future of our contracts, we'd love to hear from you.
