Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wooden floor fitting and restoration
• Skilled in sanding, finishing, polishing, and floor preparation
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Professional, punctual, and confident in client-facing situations
• Able to solve problems on-site and work efficiently under pressure
• Adaptable and quick to learn new techniques
• Full clean driving licence (desirable)

What will your role look like?

• Installing and fitting wooden flooring for high-end residential and commercial properties
• Performing floor restoration, including sanding, polishing, colouring, and finishing
• Applying advanced techniques such as texturing and luxury finishes
• Leading projects from start to completion while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Ensuring precise measurements and efficient execution on every project
• Keeping up to date with new flooring products, tools, and techniques
