About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how the University supports its students, using technology and data to make a meaningful impact on their academic journey and wellbeing.

* excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively across diverse teams and with external partners.
* experience delivering training and supporting system adoption, with a proactive and inclusive approach to engaging staff.
* a good understanding of the challenges students face, and a commitment to improving their experience through data-informed support.
* resilience and initiative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
