Summary
The post holder is responsible for collating and interpreting data relating to cancer and producing reports for various teams throughout the Trust. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for data retrieval for the Corporate Cancer Team and data source verification. The post holder will work closely with the Business and Project Managers and the Cancer Information Specialist to collect and present data as required. The post holder must be able to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people including medical and nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary teams with some possible patient interaction. The post holder will be required to understand the key features of the role and understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
