Summary
The post holder is responsible for overseeing the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for service users with mental health needs. The post holder works under the overall management supervision of the Clinical Manager/Matron and is required to undertake the duties of the post autonomously, but with support. Active participation will be required in the training and education of learners allocated to the ward, and will also encourage integration between the ward teams and the community services. To carry out any other duties commensurate with the duties of this post.
