The Role
Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.
Good to Have
* Previous experience as a chef.
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
* Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
