UHBW are looking to recruit experienced Band 5 nurses into ED.
As a tertiary cardiac centre, UHBW care for patients from across the South-West of England and beyond. The ED team are a supportive, hard-working and talented department – this is a great opportunity to further your skills in a busy and fast paced environment.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs from admission to timely transfer or discharge.
Work as part of the nursing team & MDT to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and management
Develop skills to become responsible and accountable for the total patient care of a critically ill patient or group of patients
Act as professional role model/team leader setting standards of practice promoting clinical effectiveness and opportunities for teaching others as part of a 24hour service
