We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Sheffield! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
Support promotional and seasonal activities
Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
What we’re looking for:

Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands-on leader with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
