Summary
Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Team Leader in a warehouse environment to join our logistics and distribution client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a busy, high-performing warehouse environment.
What's on offer?
- Working 4-on 4-off
- Night shift hours, 7pm to 7am
- Paid weekly at £18.28 per hour
- Full-time ongoing temporary contract
Working as a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- To lead and support colleagues during night shift operations
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve targets
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve operational issues quickly
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
To be successful in this Team Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
- Previous experience working within a warehouse
- Previous experience of warehouse operations such as loading, storage, and selection of stock
- Proven leadership skills within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A hands-on, proactive approach to team management
