Summary

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Team Leader in a warehouse environment to join our logistics and distribution client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a busy, high-performing warehouse environment.

What's on offer?

  • Working 4-on 4-off
  • Night shift hours, 7pm to 7am
  • Paid weekly at £18.28 per hour
  • Full-time ongoing temporary contract

Working as a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • To lead and support colleagues during night shift operations
  • Drive team performance to consistently achieve targets
  • Handle troubleshooting and resolve operational issues quickly
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback

To be successful in this Team Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse
  • Previous experience of warehouse operations such as loading, storage, and selection of stock
  • Proven leadership skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to team management
