The Opportunity

As a Digital Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge digital and data systems that keep this megaproject moving. Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate logistics data and digital delivery projects, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
- Identify and resolve digital discrepancies, integrating lessons learned into future operations.
- Collaborate with logistics, data, and digital teams to improve service delivery and reduce errors.
- Manage improvement activities across multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
- Support ongoing development of systems to ensure compliance with Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR).
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven experience in a logistics data or digital systems environment.
- Understanding of operating within controlled or high-security digital frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
It’s great if you also have the following
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Logistics, Digital Systems, or Engineering.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Stock Control Systems.
- Background in construction, engineering, or logistics within a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, petrochemical, pharmaceutical).
- Experience managing or supporting digital delivery projects in a large organisation.
