Summary

Are you a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking to step up? Want to be part of a fast-growing retailer with real career development? Then look no further, B&M is hiring a Floor Manager to join our Switch Island store team, in Bootle!

As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.

The key responsibilities are:

Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
Contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture
What we’re looking for:

Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions
Passion for retail and delivering great service
