Location: Campsfield IRC, Oxford, OX5 1GNContract Type: Full-TimeSalary: £31k40-hour week
We are looking for a dependable and flexible FM Soft Services Operator to join our facilities team at Campsfield IRC. This role plays a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
-Support deliveries and goods inwards, ensuring accurate receipt and handling of items
-Assist with stores management, including stock control and inventory tracking
-Drive company vehicles as required for collections and deliveries
-Carry out portage duties, including movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture
-Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions, and operational needs
-Provide general FM support across the site, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality
-Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery

-Reliable and hands-on person
-Good at talking to people and working as part of a team
-Strong organisational and manual handling skills
-Willing to learn and help where needed
-Comfortable with physical, practical work
-Basic IT skills for inventory and reporting tasks
