SEN Teacher – January 2026 – Ongoing
Are you a SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a lasting impact? This warm and welcoming SEN school is looking to add a SEN Teacher to its outstanding team of teachers and support staff. When you walk into this school for the first time you will be greeted by colourful displays, smiling children and a feeling that anything is possible! Leadership work hard to ensure that every child receives an outstanding education and that all staff are supported.

As a SEN Teacher at this school, you will be responsible for planning delivering lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of pupils. Previous experince teaching children with Autism, Communication Impairments, and MLD is desirable, however not essential. You will be collaborating with an experienced team of SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants, who all support each other. The school is happy to consider a SEN Teacher from either a primary or secondary background. If you are an experienced SEN Teacher or a QTS Teacher looking to get into SEN teaching, apply today.

Job Role:

- Teaching a small class with diverse SEND needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Creating a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider team.
- Using creative approaches to support communication, emotional regulation and independence.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
