Summary
JOB SUMMARY
As a Cluster Services Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our cluster services. You’ll work across all three locations to ensure high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered, and that staff are well-supported and confident in their roles.
You’ll provide practical leadership to our Senior Health & Social Care Practitioners, help maintain high standards in care planning and medication management, and promote a welcoming culture for both new and long-standing team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and mentoring staff across all cluster services
- Ensuring consistency in care delivery and compliance with organisational policies
- Reviewing care plans and contributing to service user reviews
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across the clusters
- Conducting staff supervisions and encouraging team development
- Participating in the on-call rota
This role will suit a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about person-centred care and experienced in staff supervision within a health or social care setting.
