Summary

Are you an experienced Residential Manager looking to lead a children's home and make a positive difference in vulnerable children's lives? This role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic care and supporting your team to achieve the best outcomes for the children. Location: Newbury Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Requirements/Experience:

* Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification is essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven experience in children's residential management (cannot consider candidates transferring from adult services)
* Ofsted inspection experience
* Ability to lead, inspire and support a staff team to deliver high-quality care
