**What You'll Be Doing:**
• Deliver high-quality learning as the class SEN Teacher across primary or secondary phases
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet a diverse range of needs and abilities
• Work collaboratively within a skilled SEN team
• Develop and deliver personalised learning plans
• Foster an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment
• Effectively manage EHCPs and liaise with external agencies
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and wellbeing
