Our client,a global leader in automotive manufacturing, are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.
Role Details:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
- Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
Weekly rotating shift Monday to Friday:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm
