Summary
The Best Connection is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (LGV C) drivers to join our client based in Leeming Bar. Our client specialises in the delivery of frozen food products.
Job Overview:
- Multi-drop Class 2 driving delivering frozen produce to various locations
- Previous experience is desirable, as the role requires fast, accurate, and efficient deliveries on scheduled routes
- This is a customer-facing role, so a professional and friendly attitude is essential as you will be representing both our client and The Best Connection
Key Requirements:
- Valid Cat C driving licence, CPC card, and Digital Tachograph card
- 12 Months Class 2 experience
- Smart appearance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive approach to customer service
Working Hours:
- HGV Class 2 Ad hoc shifts available
- Typical start time: 04:00am
Pay Rates (PAYE):
- £14.50 per hour - Day rate (05:00-17:00)
- £15.50 per hour - Night rate (17:00-05:00)
Start Dates:
- Immediate starts available for HGV Class 2 - next start date: 25/11
