We’re looking for a passionate barista to join our small, friendly team. Experience is a bonus—but heart, hustle, and a love for great coffee matter most.
At Sweetfields, we serve specialty brews, homemade bakes, and warm smiles every day. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we’d love to meet you.
✨ You’ll shine in this role if you:
• Have an eye for coffee presentation and consistency and enjoy crafting beautiful milk designs.
• Can handle ticketed orders smoothly during busy hours, keeping the flow fast and friendly.
• Are confident multitasking—making drinks, chatting with guests, cleaning, and keeping things moving.
• Keep your station tidy, hygienic, and efficient.
• Stay calm under pressure and bring positive energy to the team.
