Our clients, a luxury hotel and award-winning restaurant with and fantastic conference and banqueting facilities are seeking a Full-time, permanent Food and Beverage Manager role offering a competitive salary.
This incredibly exciting opportunity within their highly successful business. This will be a highly varied role, managing multiple operations within one site.
Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
• Managing all Food and Beverage operations day-to-day
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Management of Food and Beverage Staff
• Establish KPI’s, policies and schedules
• Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Food hygiene
• Health and Safety
• Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Front of House conference, banqueting and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

• Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience in 4star hotels
• Will prove an exemplary background working in high quality functions, dinners and weddings/events.
• A proven track record managing high-volume operations
• Experience leading a food and beverage team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership ability
• Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards
• Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings.
